janes-sketchJane’s Saddlebag is a lovely reconstructed historical structure that preserves a bygone way of life. The “Saddlebag house” is a traditional structure, featuring 2 rooms side-by-side that share a central chimney. Typically, such buildings were rural homes, though saddlebags were also popular as tenant homes on larger farms. Jane’s Saddlebag is a classic example of this and maintains the original footprint, foundation, two front doors and a detached smoke house, ready for you to explore and experience firsthand.

Our main building is where all of our homemade food, desserts that change weekly, beverages, beer and wine are served.  The main building is now primarily used as a restaurant.  JSB also provides indoor seating for guests along with outdoor seating on our covered and uncovered decks, with views down the large back lawn to the water’s edge.

We also feature a Kids Play-land.” This enclosed area will include many different attractions for children to enjoy.  There are multiple swing sets, plane themed tetter-totter, monkey bars, slides, and a Pirate Ship. This will also host our main attraction, a huge Corn Pit.

JSB has a natural amphitheater with a 1700W\ replica flatboat for guests to tour, a kids village with themed buildings, and a corn hole area all FREE of charge.

Jane’s Saddlebag has something for everyone in the family to enjoy.  A visit to Jane’s will be a memorable one for your family for years to come.
